Life is better when you’re laughing

Laughter is the best medicine, they say, and it’s during these crazy, challenging times in which we live, when we need to laugh the most. If you’re interested in your health and well-being, and want to have fun, come join us for some free fun and games, participating in Laughter Yoga, a low-impact aerobic exercise program that anyone can do, that results in health and happiness. Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing.

If you’re feeling stressed or anxious, or in need of a good laugh, Laughter Yoga is a form of exercise used for stress reduction. Given that there is no compulsion to do any of the exercises in a particular way there is no limitations as to who can participate as we accommodate everyone. It is generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. Come and join us at The Laughing Space for a free session of Laughter Yoga. We are a community health program that’s free.
